Sara Bouzyk Coaching (“we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Sara Bouzyk, a Hong Kong–based executive and leadership coach. We operate the website at www.sarabouzykcoaching.com (the “Site”) and provide coaching services to clients worldwide.

3.1 Usage Data Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and basic device identifiers. We use this information to keep the Site secure and to understand how visitors use it. It is not used to identify you personally without your consent.

  • Disclosure is necessary to obtain professional supervision (in which case the supervisor is also bound by confidentiality)

06. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by Sara Bouzyk. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6.1 Retention Period

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Typically, client records are retained for up to 3 years following the end of the coaching relationship, after which they are securely deleted.

6.2 International Transfers

As coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom and email, your data may be processed on servers outside Hong Kong. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected to an equivalent standard, and no transfer takes place unless adequate safeguards are in place.

6.3 Business Transfers

If Sara Bouzyk Coaching is ever restructured, merged, or has its assets transferred, your personal data may be transferred as part of that process. We will give you notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Where clients are located in the European Union, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where clients are located in the United Kingdom, we comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
